Corporate Relations Assistant – Salesforce experience a +
Our client, a prestigious medical association in Washington, DC is recruiting for a Corporate Relations Assistant. While this is a Temporary position, there is a job opening in this department and we are hoping to find someone that is qualified to apply for the permanent role.
The successful candidate will be thoroughly knowledgeable in Outlook and Word particularly with regards to scheduling, calendar tracking, and tracking changes in a document. Duties will include tracking, updating and maintaining pertinent information in Salesforce; and providing support with updating company profiles including background, pipelines, and other details.
Must have a Bachelor’s degree and minimum 3 years relevant experience with sales and/or customer service/relationship management experience. CRM experience is also needed and previous experience using Salesforce, is highly desirable. Strong MS Office skills, meeting coordination experience and communication skills are required and an Association background is preferred. Any additional language proficiency would also be a big plus!
This Temporary position will start at $22.00 per hour and, if hired, the salary would be right around $57K.
