At Bello Machre, the Program Director provides quality management oversight to a caseload of individuals with developmental disabilities and their supporting staff members who work in home or day service settings throughout Anne Arundel. We are hiring for a Program Director of our Residential Services program. The right person for this position will ensure that our employees are helping the people we serve to learn independent living skills, plan activities in the home and community, and implement individual program plans. In addition to advocating for the people living in the home, additional responsibilities include providing quality checks of each home at least monthly, ensuring injury and incident reports are investigated, participating in program meetings, providing timely and accurate documentation related to the individualized plan, behavior supports, and nursing care are available. The Program Director of this program is responsible for the performance of a caseload of employees (directly or indirectly manages 40 or more employees). This position require an experienced, independent professional and developed leader who works well within a team environment. A history of successful supervisory experience and strong leadership skills are required.
