Responsibilities

  • Participates in analyzing project plans, resource expenditures, and risk assessment data in order to assess the project's ability to meet stated and desired objectives from both a program and an Agency-wide perspective.
  • Develops and coordinates written testimony, various exhibits, and support documentation and justification.
  • Serves as the acquisition consultant to the project offices. Analyzes program and mission needs to develop and implement the most competitive and cost effective contract strategies to support the mission.
  • Analyzes budget execution status and recommends funding levels for programs and the transfer/reallocation of funds between organizational elements.

Qualifications

Specialized Experience:

For the GS-13, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent in level of difficulty and responsibility to the GS-12 grade level.

Specialized experience is defined as experience in program management responsibilities to include administrative planning, evaluation, financial management, and acquisition of assigned programs.

Candidates must describe how their experience meets the specialized experience requirement within the body of their resume.

Qualification must be met within 30 days after the closing date of this announcement.

This notice is issued under the Expedited-Hiring Authority (EHA).
