Summary
The MIL Corporation seeks an Executive Assistant for our Federal Government client in Arlington/Rosslyn, VA. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive management on the government client's site.

Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate calendars and schedule meetings
• Manage and track taskers
• Compose and prepare correspondence for senior management
• Review, proofread, edit, and prepare documentation for senior management approval
• Serve as office manager
• Maintain files in accordance with federal agency guidelines; Monitor office supply inventories
• Coordinate and plan office social functions

Required Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of Administrative Support experience in an office environment
• Superior organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Great attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain timelines, meet deadlines and prioritize to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong computer skills and general knowledge of office equipment
• Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Education
Associates or BA/BS preferred

Clearance
