Are you looking for a fun and challenging environment? We are looking for a Tier 2 Help Desk Analyst to support one of our largest government project in Greenbelt, MD!

Job Description:
  • Support, resolve applications, systems, devices, access's and hardware issues.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, research and resolve technical problems of moderate complexity.
  • Respond via telephone, email and online requests for technical support.
  • Document, track, and monitor the problems using applicable systems and tools.
  • Responsible for monitoring incidents, escalations, customer service, coordination of all customer related activities and scheduling of operations/maintenance activities.
  • Escalate complex issues to Tier 3, with full descriptions of problems and actions taken prior.
  • Must have experience with Tier 2 Support and Active Directory

  • This position requires US Citizenship
  • Bachelor's Degree + 1 year of experience, or 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • No Clearance needed
