We are seeking a Business Analyst Professional to join the team. This role will support the Risk & Finance Transformation team with baseline support and project support for finance and accounting applications.

Your work falls into two primary categories:

Production Support
  • Responsible for system configuration, security and audit support.
  • Provide customer support, including a rotation of monitoring an on-call phone
  • Manage issue resolution with business users and technical support partners. Liaison with IT teams in troubleshooting, resolving, and preventing system outages/downtime.
  • Assist in development of training programs and materials for the user community.

Project / Change Management
  • Participation in the full life cycle of a project, which includes identification of requirements, design, development, testing and implementation
  • Provide input into proposed solutions, identify impacts, risks and issues, and work with technical and business staff to implement proposed solutions
  • Partner with the business area and provide expertise in solving complex business requests and processes. Automate manual processes to reduce risks.


  • 2-4 years of related experience
  • Demonstrated project management (SDLC) experience
  • Accounting or Information System background with secondary mortgage market experience
  • Strong attention to detail with proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written skills, including the ability to capture meeting minutes effectively, and assist in developing presentations/materials
  • Demonstrate technical acumen in order to support, develop and maintain systems

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines and work with staff at all levels and across divisions
