Customer Service Manager
Customer Service Representative Government Scientific Source Inc, GSS, an innovative small-business distributor of scientific instruments and laboratory products to the Federal government, is seeking a CSR to support our growing Customer Service and Account Management Department. Job Duties (include but are not limited to): Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email. Manage multi-line phone system. Research product information for customer accounts. Enter customer orders for processing in Microsoft Dynamics Navision. Resolve customer issues and provide status of outstanding orders. Complete ad hoc tasks as assigned. Job Qualifications: Demonstrated commitment to customer service. Ability to prioritize tasks and perform under pressure in a team-based environment. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task with emphasis on time management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. College degree preferred.
