The Closing & Collateral Technologies team is responsible for evaluating, designing, developing, and implementing new or enhanced offerings, concepts, and business or technology projects that introduce efficiencies in the mortgage origination process. Strategic Delivery engages business areas across the company to identify and resolve impacts related to the projects being implemented. The Project Management Manager will manage assigned programs and projects for medium-large efforts. In addition, provide a supporting role in Portfolio Management when needed.

Program Management & Portfolio Management
  • Working on multi-disciplinary projects with a strong customer focus
  • Analyze, design, develop and manage of the implementation of business offerings
  • Work collaboratively with customers, as well as internal and external stakeholders
  • Participate and at times lead cooperative efforts with project team members representing multiple diverse groups and divisions
  • Manage assigned efforts using standard project management tools, including project work plans, issue logs, budget tools and the reporting and facilitation of appropriate and effective meetings
  • Work with project teams and stakeholders to ensure that business requirements gaps, or issues are resolved in a transparent and timely manner
  • Monitor adoption of Closing and/or Collateral Technology tools and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
  • Develop and documenting business requirements, offerings materials, process documentation and other related materials
  • Assist with rollout / communication activities
  • Assists with Portfolio Management In-Take, Prioritization and Scoping processes
  • Assists with Portfolio Management initiative Reporting and Executive Reporting
  • Ensures status reporting for Programs/Projects is accurate and timely as input to Portfolio Reporting
  • Assists (when necessary) with staff capacity modeling as it relates to Portfolio Management


  • Typically has 10+ years related Program/Project experience; 4+ years related Portfolio Experience
  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record with Program management including large scale strategic initiatives that incorporate business and technology elements
  • Change Management experience especially involving changes to business applications and technology
  • Experience with creation and definition of business cases, business requirements and testing deliverables
  • Effectively manage assigned efforts through the use of standard project management tools, including project work plans, issue logs, status reporting and the facilitation and documentation of effective meetings
  • Strong verbal and written skills, including the ability to develop and deliver presentations/materials to various types of audiences

  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Mortgage Industry closing process

  • Ability to support multiple concurrent efforts/projects in various capacities
  • Ability to work independently while driving and managing assignments from concept through deployment/launch
