Job Summary/Company:

Are you an experienced customer/client service coordinator? If so, we need your office experience and computer skills to enthusiastically support the project department of a growing organization in Frederick, MD. $17-$18 an hour to start. Responsibilities:
  • Primary point of service contact for designated client/customer accounts
  • Coordinate and manage process through all aspects to completion of project
  • Produce purchase orders for the procurement of outside services
  • Communicate and coordinate requirements with internal liaison
  • Communicate with clients to foster strong rapport
  • Act as internal customer advocate
  • Follow all QC and Compliance policies and procedures

Qualifications/Background profile:
  • Office Assistant Experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, specifically Excel
  • Experience with learning proprietary systems quickly
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must be energetic, smart and committed
