If so, apply today and join our Single-Family Office of the Client! We are looking for a Product Development Senior to join the Servicing-Released XChangeSM team. The Servicing-Released XChangeSM team supports Freddie Mac's sales organization and customers by developing and managing effective, value-added, best-in-class servicing-released executions. They share our strategic and tactical visions, our subject matter expertise, and our commitment to meeting our customers' needs with our external and internal business partners to drive profitable, incremental business to Freddie Mac. The Product Development Senior collaborates with other team members and internal business partners in support of the Correspondent XChangeSM program and its Product Development Manager, to whom this position reports.

Your Work Falls into these Primary Categories:

Internal Operations
  • Manage new customer identification, eligibility and all stages of the contracting and onboarding process
  • Produce periodic reporting on production volumes and customer performance
  • Coordinate work with other internal departments such as Strategic Technology, Contracting, Customer Setup, Legal and Marketing
  • Maintain program status information on participating and potential customers in Salesforce
  • Lead special projects for the SRX team as identified and work with designated internal project manager

Customer Facing Duties
  • Assist Account Executives in selling the programs to potential originating sellers
  • Attend periodic check-in meetings with existing Correspondent buyers
  • Provide subject matter expertise to potential new buyers in development of additional aggregator programs


  • Typically has 5-7 years' experience in the primary and/or secondary mortgage markets - this experience should include a basic understanding of the servicing function and some knowledge of the servicing-released options available to lenders
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
  • Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
