We are looking to fill a Mainte nance Technician position at a property located in Northeast area of the Dis trict of Columbia. The inter view process includes an exam to assess your main tenance work exper. All applicants need to possess the following qualifications: • Requires certification and 5 ys of work exper in HVAC- Boilers/Chillers/Convectors •Requires 5 years of work experience in plumbing •Requires 3 years of work experience in electrical •Must have avail transp •Must have the ability to work on Emergency call. •Needs a "Can Do" and "Team Player" attitude!
