The Radiology Technologist position works closely with physician and other staff members to care for patients ranging in age from pediatric to geriatric and performs a wide variety of patient care activities in an urgent, acute care setting. Performs the duties of a staff Radiology Technologist and/or a Laboratory Technician under the order of a Urgent Care clinician. Performs a variety of laboratory testing and radiological examinations with a minimum of supervision. Also performs a variety of laboratory testing duties at the discretion of center management, dependent on facility needs and the additional skills/ training of the Radiology Technologist.

Qualified candidates will possess:
• Associates Degree in Radiography or completion of Accredited Hospital based Radiography program.
• Registration with A.R.R.T. (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists), and Maryland License in General Radiography.
• Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• One year experience in an urgent care setting
• Experience as a Medical Assistant preferred, but not required

Work Schedule:
  • Work schedule is 36 hours per week, working every other weekend
