Our Water/Wastewater team is searching for a Environmental/Civil entry-level engineer in Bowie, MD . Primary functions will include Planning, design and construction engineering of water, wastewater, infrastructure and site-development projects for municipal and private clients. Develop master plans, technical reports, design drawings, specifications, cost estimates and prepare permit submittals. Your day to day responsibilities include will include: Responsible for completing specific portions of assigned tasks working closely with project engineers and project managers. Maintain open communication with project team members.Obtain precise information about work scope from project managers by active listening and clear communication. Perform design calculations, gather and compile data. Make comparative Engineering and Economic evaluationsDevelop facilities layouts and perform construction engineering tasks, working closely with project engineer and project managers Demonstrate the firm's core values in decision and interactions Conduct work to professional standards and to the firm's QA/QC requirements.Maintain and develops expertise and stays abreast of developments in their technical field. Assist with CADD drawings. Available to travel regionally.
