Enterprise Test Engineer Description Provides Enterprise Test Engineering expertise to technical planning and full lifecycle Systems Engineering and Integration (SEI) (eg, Segment Integration, Enterprise Test Planning, Effectivity Management, and Milestone Readiness Planning and Assessment), for the NSG ground enterprise mission capabilities, leveraging Mission Partner, NGA systems, and GEOINT source data, to integrate a new Motion GEOINT resource into the NSG to drive mission tradecraft transformation. Serves as the dedicated NTM-L Enterprise Test SME, working across the NGA Test Organization (NTO), the Mission Partner, and the NGA Segments, to lead NGA and Joint Enterprise test planning and execution, to verify the implementation of NTM-L requirements as an integrated end-to-end, system-of-system solution. Successful candidates must have demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience with NGA Segments comprising the end-to-end Tasking, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TPED) process, with a deep understanding of the Segments' application-level capabilities, role within the NGA enterprise architecture, and interfaces to other Segments Agile and Waterfall test milestones and control gates for NGA Segments Managing, developing, planning, and coordinating integration verification and validation and test of interdependent GEOINT functions into the NSG operational baseline, via formal NGA and Joint Enterprise System-of-System test events and demonstrations (eg, IVV, IT, System Confidence, DITL) Documenting and implementing Enterprise test plans and procedures necessary to assess NGA enterprise and system-level implementations and mission effectiveness against functional and performance requirements Assessing enterprise test readiness and coordinating system test and transition plans for approval Coordinating schedules with NGA and Mission Partner systems and subsystemssegments to ensure NSG enterprise baseline maturity alignment and all test assets and resources are identified and available for eventsactivities Coordinating and leading Enterprise Test Readiness Events (eg, IT and IVV TRRs) Monitoring and reporting test status to Senior Leadership partnering with the NGA Test and Product Quality organizations to support DR investigation and resolution across NGA Segments Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to Coordinating and participating in NGA and Joint Enterprise test activities and events to confirm the NSG enterprise design solutions satisfy specified requirements leading readiness coordination across the NGA Segments Documenting and reviewing test readiness plans and preparing and coordinating checklists and procedures Defining test requirements to ensure NTM-L capabilities are integrated into the NGA and NSG enterprise developing NGA Segment test threads Coordinating test data needs across NGA Segments working with NGA Research and the Mission Partner to develop test data generation and delivery plans and schedules and provide Segment feedback related to test data quality and adequacy Leading the planning and execution of Enterprise Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs), coordinating across Agencies, NGA Directorates and Organization, and NGA Segments Conducting Enterprise Test Schedule de-confliction and re-plan analysis, as required Leading test working group meetings Partnering with the NTO and Mission Partner Test entities to execute complex, system-of-system Enterprise-level tests Reviewing assessing Joint Enterprise Test RFCs Identifying, documenting, mitigating, and monitoring Test-related Risks, Issues, and Opportunities Determining the operational effectiveness and suitability of newmodified NGA systems to ensure minimum acceptable operational performance requirements have been satisfied Required Qualifications Active TSSCI clearance BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Math, or equivalent experience 11+ years of Systems Engineering and Integration (SEI) experience, with hands-on experience with Enterprise testing (eg, NGA, Joint) Working knowledge and experience with NGA Segments (eg, GIMS, Cedalion, GVS, GSP, ASC, iStore, FCMS, ODS, GSR, TMA, IEC, AE, andor legacy instances) and an in-depth understanding of the TPED data flow across the Segments Working knowledge and experience with NTM systems and GEOINT products and their interfaces to the NGA Segments Ability to develop and document test activities and transition plans Ability to work independently and within a team environment Good customer teaming skills ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams Strong interpersonal, problem solving, organizational, and multi-tasking skills Desired Qualifications MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Math, or related scientific or technical discipline IT credentials and certifications (eg, DAWIA, PMP, INCOSE, ITIL, CISSP and SAFe Agile) Working knowledge of NSG change management processes (eg, RFC process) Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary project teams Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, and ability to lead technical forums Interested candidates please send resume in Word format to alynngdhinc.com Please reference job code 60807 when responding to this ad.
