Let's make an impact together.Perspecta is an AA/EEO Employer - Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled and other protected categoriesResponsibilitiesThe individual selected for this systems integrator (SI) position will support a special effort as part of the Customers' Front Office. The systems integrator will assist the Program Manager in developing acquisition documentation, Program stand-up, and community collaboration. The SI will work with senior staff and customer management providing overall strategic, programmatic, planning, acquisition, and support the stand-up of a projects and programs, with focus on an innovation pipeline. This individual will support technical analysis and Integration for projects and initiatives and also be responsible for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders including meeting facilitation, action tracking, and presentations. Specifically, the candidate should have experience with acquisitions, Systems Engineering, and have strong communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for consistent and timely communications with multiple locations and many levels of stakeholders. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Support various programs acquisitions, demonstrating an understanding of various types of acquisitions for hardware, software, prototyping and proof of conceptsCompose and maintain acquisition documentation such as statement of works and other associated technical documents as requiredSupport the day-to-day direction of PM, including external stakeholder program and project support, integration, relationship management, requirements management, ad hoc study requirementsApply systems' lifecycle practices to include requirements, engineering and integrationPrepare content for communications, announcements, information material for internal and external audiences.Assist in preparation of presentations and reportsAid in meeting facilitation and information sessionsAssist the Customer in assessing, documenting, and tracking program requirements and follow-on technical exchange meetings (TEMs)Assist the Customer in defining and building the Program mission, structure, strategy, roadmap, etc.Assist in identification and definition of process efficiencies based on industries best practicesPotential for CONUS/OCONUS travelQualificationsQualifications:Broad understanding of customers acquisition activities and protocolsExperience planning, organizing and implementing project management practices in the implementation of projects and initiativesCapability to deliver on multiple competing priorities with minimal supervision.Ability to anticipate and troubleshoot problems and provide options and recommendations for solutionsAbility to focus on problem solving and building relationships with key stakeholders with a proactive approach to improvement.Self-starter and can easily multi-task across multiple projects and clients in a fast-paced, team-based environment.Experience with strategic communications planning and execution.Ability to work with senior government officials under tight deadlines.Ability to gather, review and synthesize information into presentable deliverables and communicationExceptional communication and familiarity with Sponsor's environment at both project level and executive audiencesExperience with Project Management FrameworkDesired:On site, customer domain experiencePMP certificationSCRUM Master/Agile CertificationExperience with virtual reality technologiesEducationRequires 10 to 12 years with BS/BA 8 to 10 years with MS/MA 5 to 7 years with PhD.15 years experience accepted in Lieu of Education Clearance Required- TS/SCI W POLY Options
