About the Role: We are looking for a Global Enterprise SAP S4 Leader to join our Elkton, Maryland location. As an experienced leader you guide the SAP S/4 Hana team and drive the IT execution capabilities around a multi-year Enterprise Digital Transformation in alignment with strategic initiatives and consistent with Gore culture. You will build a team of dedicated Associates to drive digital capabilities and associated change management across the enterprise. The SAP Leader leverages deep understanding of business processes and their technology application to design and deliver appropriate ERP solutions. This role leads the teams for ERP data analysis, design, delivery, support, and sustainment, and is a key member of the Global Enterprise IT Leadership Team. Responsibilities: * Being accountable for transformative design, deployment, integrated delivery of Gore's next generation ERP * Supporting the business in the upfront data and process work in preparation for SAP * Leading the technical design, deployment, transition, and ongoing support of the solution. Including data, RICEF, Integrations, and plug ins * Managing multiple vendors / SI's delivery during the program * Leading IT design, support, and engagement with current data and process pre-ERP projects * Being responsible for helping to identify new and emerging technologies for digital transformation * Building initial ERP team and provide leadership and vision for IT associates * Supporting IT Associates' performance and development Required Job Qualifications: * Bachelors' degree with a minimum 10 years of experience leading global team members, stakeholders, and initiatives * Minimum 5 years' of experience leading global SAP transformations and deployments for ECC 4.6 / 6.0 and/ or SAP S4 HANA * Minimum 7 years of experience managing large SI's (both deliverables & SOWs) * Ability to engage internal Business Partners and team members at all levels of the organization and can present ideas and concepts to executive leaders * Demonstrated success leading large IT technology initiatives with enterprise level impact and have managed supplier/vendor relationships and large contracts * Capability to understand and analyze complex business processes/problems and develop clear proposals depicting solutions (eg OTC, SD, P2P, AR/AP, and Central Finance). * Exceptional teaming & collaboration both internally & externally * Passionate about contributing to the enterprise and creates a fun / high performance team atmosphere * Excellent verbal and written communication skills Desired Job Qualifications: * Masters' degree * Experience outside of IT in business or other functional role(s) * Experience with SAP cloud & Hybrid cloud solutions, SAP Security & Solution Manager, and/or Salesforce.com & Cloudcraze What We Offer: At Gore, we offer comprehensive, competitive rewards in the form of compensation and benefits.
