Additional requirements include: Outgoing and competent customer service and communication skills. Must be personable, friendly and can handle successes as well as failures that accompanies all career positions. Skills that include positive delegation of tasks as well as conflict resolution management. Proficient computer skills including all the basics, including Microsoft Office. Additionally, at this level, one should have experience on one or more floral industry computer systems. Full time, Monday thru Saturday hours. As well as some Sundays and all floral holidays, both on the weekdays and weekends. Ability to manage special event work during the week and weekends including but not limited to weddings, corporate functions, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, and conventions. Base salary / hourly rate to be discussed and commensurate to your individual floral industry experience.
