Capture Planning Lead
Key Role:

Support the firm's Business Development Leadership team in executing portfolio and capture planning activities. Craft and implement new processes for evaluating and providing portfolio and capture support to the firm's accounts. Apply expertise in how to use existing business intelligence and market intelligence to drive decision-making around where to place bets, prioritize, and invest so that the firm may position for sustainable growth. Identify portfolio concepts, including capability sets within and across key customers using data-driven methodologies. Deliver actionable, insightful analysis of market demands in executive-ready briefings to inform portfolio and capture strategy. Manage complex projects, author original content, and shape business development strategy. Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, set milestones, and achieve results. Develop and implement a growth strategy for the firm using predictive analytics, trend monitoring, and other leading-edge tools.

Basic Qualifications:

-7 years of experience in a business development, market analytics, or capture role for a federal government contractor

-Experience with driving business development decisions at an executive level

-Experience with being the original author of data-driven content ready for an executive audience

-Experience with presenting to executive leadership regularly

-Experience with account, portfolio, or capture planning

-Experience with PowerPoint and Excel

-Experience with the Federal Procurement Data System,, GovWin, FBO, and other government or third-party resources at a professional level

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Top Secret clearance preferred
