Green Touch Builders is seek ing a Superintendent for NOVA/DC. 5 yrs const mgt exp as a Site Mgr or Super- knowledge of a wide range of trades, commercial const, best practices, OHSA regs, qual ctrl, leadership skills, attn to detail & the ability to communicate. The position will oversee the operations of a const site from planning to completion to ensure com pliance w/timelines, design & budget. The duties will vary- they can expect to be respon sible for supervision & safety of all activities-scheduling & coordination w/subs, suppli ers, clients, landlords & admin staff.
