Sr Software QA Analysts

Sr Software QA Analysts for American Institutes for Research to work at our Reston, VA location. Perf Unit, Integration, Acceptance, Functional, System, Security, + Backend testing. Ensure coverage of bus + app func tionality in regression test cases. Bug logging. Collect + report testing metrics to Lead on assigned tasks. Interact w/ internal users to obtain + convey prob info. Work inde pendently on small QA projs. Prioritize tasks in challenging environ to meet delivery deadlines. Little domestic travel may be involved. May undergo background checks. Must have Masters in Comp Sci or rel; 2 yrs relevant IT exp; and requires skill (2 yrs exp) in: writing test plans and test cases, cross browsers/cross platforms, working in Agile environment, manual soft ware testing exp in a QA team performing White Box testing of web apps in GUI and data layer. Alternatively, will accept Bachelors in Comp Sci or rel; 5 yrs relevant IT exp; and requires skill in: (5 yrs exp) writing test plans and test cases, cross browsers/ cross platforms, and working in Agile environment; and (3 yrs exp) manual software testing exp in a QA team per forming White Box testing of web apps in GUI and data layer.
