SUMMARY: The Relocation Coordinator will processProspective Customer Inquiries {PCI) and create best value solutions whichallow us to win newbusiness. The focusis to insure superior customer service, providequick accurate estimatesover the phone,books appointments for the salesteam and sellsmaller moves over the phone. ESSENTIALDUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Process PCI in the form of telephone inquiry, web form leads, employee referrals and Business Development activities. Respond swiftly and courteously to customer inquiries. Conduct customer needs analysis in order to obtain relevant information necessary to prepare and present best value solutions. Recommend Service Partners when necessary, to provide the best value solution for the customer. Present relocation solutions to prospective customer and provide consultation designed to win the opportunity. Quote pricing for local, interstate and intrastate moves. Process all leads into IGC Quick Move system and keep the status of each move updated. * Schedule appointments for other move consultants throughQuick Move. Schedule and confirm military surveys for our military surveyor. * Develop a strong understanding of appropriate transportation tariffs. SPECIAL SKILLSAND ABILITIES Intermediate level in Microsoft Word and Excel or higher preferred. Minimum keyboard skill level of 40wpm. Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner. Ability to sell over the phone. Ability to handle high volume workload with concentration on excellent follow up procedures. Strong sense of teamwork and ability to collaborate well withcolleagues and service centers. Ability to manage priorities to ensure that time critical tasks are completed.
