Role Profile A key part of the firm's strategy going forward is to conceive and deliver new digital?marketing strategies to elevate the firm's brand and grow assets. To help accomplish these goals, we are seeking a Marketing Manager with knowledge and passion for digital marketing and the asset management industry. The Marketing Manager will join a growing and fast?paced Marketing, Sales and Client Service team, and report to the Head of Marketing and Strategic Communications. Responsibilities The Marketing Manager will have responsibility to conceive and execute a wide variety of marketing initiatives using cutting?edge marketing?technology systems. The scope of this role, and the chance to develop credentials in each of the areas below, make this an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to advance his or her career. Experience with each of the following areas is not strictly required, but having the technical skills to get up the learning curve quickly on each discipline is. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: CRM: Play a leadership role in conceiving, implementing and administering the firm's CRM system (eg, Salesforce.com), including hands?on data management Marketing Automation: Help conceive and implement an effective marketing automation system for the firm (eg, Pardot) and manage campaigns, including content, lists and result tracking Website: Help lead the project to upgrade the firm's public website and client portal, and have overall ownership of the websites' content management system (eg, Wordpress) Marketing Materials Production/Sales Enablement: Play a leadership role in implementing a third?party system (eg, Seismic) for automatically generating updated and compliance approved marketing materials (fund data sheets, sales kits, etc.); coordinate quarter?end updates Compliance Approvals: Oversee process and systems for working with internal and external compliance professionals to get all marketing materials reviewed and approved Database Messaging and Market Research: Optimize and oversee the firm's messaging in key databases used by institutional investors and consultants (eg, Evestment), and perform regular market research to gain insight into product development and positioning Social Media: Conceive and manage the firm's social media accounts (eg, LinkedIn) Video/Audio: Edit and post video (eg, YouTube) and audio (eg, podcast) content for the firm Desired Skills and Characteristics Candidates should exhibit integrity, intelligence, intellectual curiosity, patience, maturity, high motivation, discipline and selflessness.
