RDA Technical Services is currently seeking an experienced System Software Engineer to provide Software Program support for an Army Tactical Radar system. This support will include monitoring the development of system software/algorithms and support of laboratory and field testing. Key Responsibilities Provide System Engineering support, including software support for development of an Army airborne Radar system Monitor the development of system software/algorithms Evaluate Software test plans/test cases/scenarios Support laboratory and field testing of the Army Tactical Radar system Work collaboratively with team members to understand their technical approach and provide technical guidance Skill Requirements BachelorA cents € (TM) s Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Physics with 5 years related experience Strong technical writing and communications skills Software test procedure execution and development experience RF or Communications experience Knowledge of MATLAB, C++, VxWorks, PowerPC, real-time processing Ability to work well collaboratively and thrive independently US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance (up to TS/SCI) is required. A' An active Security Clearance is preferred. Job Location This position is located at Aberdeen Proving Grounds (APG) in Aberdeen, Maryland. APG is a large Army installation located approximately 40 miles north of Baltimore and less than two hours from Philadelphia.
