Perspecta is an AA/EEO Employer - Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled and other protected categories Responsibilities Perspecta is seeking a program integrator (PI) with experience in supporting the management of large scale programs comprising of multiple projects within the program and opportunity to engage across the Intelligence Community (IC) to improve collaboration and capability development against hard targets. The PI shall support the planning, organizing, monitoring and controlling of projects that map up to large scale programs designed to solve the IC's hard problems involving complex collection activities. The individual shall provide support in the formulation of overall strategy for major programs and communicating the resulting strategy. This work includes, but is not limited to, reviewing and analyzing program requirements and information, providing input into strategy options, researching available technologies or capabilities, documenting strategy decisions, providing support for linking the strategy to the funding, and developing briefings and other material necessary to communicate the strategy. Activities involve complex considerations of risk tolerance throughout the life of a program, multiple parallel task tracks, multiple dependencies, and complex interfaces to existing IC collection systems. The individual is expected to have a strong ability to clearly present information; read and interpret complex information; interact with customers, partners, colleagues, and senior management; listen well; and resolve issues identified by stakeholders. Qualifications Qualifications TS/SCI with Polygraph BS degree in information technology (IT), project management, engineering, or related area. 5 years prior Intelligence Community (IC) project management experience. Desired Qualifications Project management certification from a recognized government or industry organization. Prior experience with IC "hard problems". Options
