As a GM at Seasons, you will be responsible for overall store operations and leading their teams day to day. MBA preferred.Experience:Three or more years of prior management experience in a restaurant or food-oriented retail environment, either as a multi- unit leader or large single unit GM.Knowledge of service standards, food and beverage controls, and operational efficiencies is importantPrior experience managing budgets, labor controls and inventory is preferred.Physical: Applicants must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, and able to lift up to 50 pounds.Work Schedule: Weekend and evening availability is a must.Compensation: Competitive Salary: Based on experience and education level plus bonus structure (depending on store performance).Benefits: Generous company contribution to health, dental, and vision insurance and paid time off including vacation, personal, and sick time, including a summer weekend time off plan.
