General Management Consultant, Mid
Key Role:

Work with organizations to redesign, transform, and implement new business processes. Provide clients with management consulting on organization redesign strategies and new business processes. Assist with the analysis and implementation of process improvements and strategic consulting recommendations as a member of the project team. Develop expertise in a particular industrial specialty and strengthen expertise in project management. Support practice development initiatives and assist the business development team with writing proposals. Interact daily with client staff for information and data collection and participate in client meetings. Supervise and review the work of junior personnel and provide training.

Basic Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience with federal consulting as a support contractor, government staff, or industry staff

-Experience in client service and interacting with all levels of management

-Experience with product or service marketing in shaping the pitch for agencies and developing pitch

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

-Ability to gather and analyze data effectively

-Ability to pay strict attention to detail for quality assurance, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing requests

-Ability to interact successfully with hands-on government clients, including senior staff

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with business process improvement

-Experience with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, including creating and modifying styles

-Ability to author client communications

-Possession of excellent problem-solving, client relationship, and management skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Public Trust clearance

-Project Management Certification
