Organizational Design Consultant
Key Role:

Work with organizations to redesign business processes and provide clients with management consulting. Provide clients with consulting on effects of new business processes. Supervise and review the work of less experienced personnel. Serve as the primary point of contact with clients and identify and communicate opportunities to the project team to expand services to existing clients.

Basic Qualifications:
-4+ years of experience with a management or IT consulting firm

-4+ years of experience with industry methods for organizational design, process improvement, organizational change management, or performance optimization, including managerial roles over staff

-2+ years of experience in the facilitation of process improvement or business or organizational transformation workshops, sessions, and off-sites

-Experience with designing, coordinating, and deploying qualitative and quantitative data collection and analyses

-Ability to travel up to 50% of the time within the US and work up alongside clients at locations in the National Capital Region

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience with organizational design, business process reengineering, organizational change management, strategic communications, Lean Six Sigma, strategic planning, integrated master scheduling, performance management, or overhead optimization

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Visio, Project, and Excel

-Possession of excellent data gathering and analysis skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-BA or BS degree in Business, Management, Economics, Government, Political Science, or Industrial Engineering preferred or MA or MS degree a plus

-Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certifications
