Responsibilities

  • Performs a wide variety of supply clerical functions
  • Issues and collects property hand receipts
  • Coordinates all supply requirements for serviced activities
  • Utilizes automated data processing system to fully automate process involved with supply and acquisition

Conditions of Employment

  • Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required
  • Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position
  • A one year probationary period may be required
  • Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check
  • Completed and signed DA Form 3433 is required prior to entrance on duty
  • Satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, to include a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) is required.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs


Qualifications

Knowledge of appropriate references guides, supply manuals, and other publications in order to identify and classify items to the appropriate Federal Supply Class or subclass.

Knowledge of automated systems to apply instructions for supply actions such as data entry, reports retrieval, search of specific records and error corrections.

Demonstrated knowledge, skills and ability must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level.

Must have the ability to research and analyze material and the ability to communicate orally.
