Summary

The incumbent will serve as a Program Manager for the Judiciary implementation of SharePoint Online, within the Judiciary Data and Analysis Office (JDAO.) The incumbent will be responsible for managing business expectations and requirements, coordinating and attending implementation stakeholder and user adoption engagements, driving user adoption throughout the Judiciary, and coordinating the SharePoint Online Working Group. Responsibilities

  • Using principles of project management to organize meetings, drive decisions, track deliverable progress, and develop work-products to support various phases of SharePoint Online implementation. This work will be executed in collaboration with the agency's SharePoint Online Leadership team, JDAO's Business Process Branch Chief, SharePoint Online Management team, and Court stakeholders to facilitate smooth implementation to multiple courts at any given time.
  • Identifying needs, developing, and documenting SharePoint Online business requirements to address judiciary use case needs and drive efficiencies through the use of SharePoint Online.
  • Coordinating SharePoint Online working groups and related material for other judiciary boards, committees, and working groups, typically comprised of judges, court unit executives, and information technology. This coordination will include: assisting to facilitate meetings, organizing and consolidating meeting and other group materials, managing group expectations, coordinating and working action items, and fostering a collaborative and communicative environment.
  • Promoting SharePoint Online through training and communication to increase user adoption and facilitate stakeholder involvement. Communications will include SharePoint Online updates, features, roadmaps, judiciary apps and workflows, etc.
  • Developing material and identifying new and engaging ways to communicate to and train the user community, working closely with both the Office of Public Affairs and the training division inside the AO.
  • Participating in and presenting at various conferences throughout the Judiciary to drive the adoption of SharePoint Online. The candidate will work with conference/meeting coordinators to identify and leverage Judiciary offerings and will assist in developing appropriate presentation material for the engagements and present those materials as requested.
  • Overseeing the National Application Store and user adoption portal. Candidate will monitor the National Application Store's usage, viability of applications, modification requests to developed applications, and coordinate application/store needs to various stakeholders.
  • Coordinating content, ensuring consistent look and feel, monitoring user feedback and coordinating follow-up activities/resolution, and identifying improvements/additions to increase usability and SharePoint Online adoption.

  • All new AO employees must identify a financial institution for direct deposit of pay before appointment.
  • You will be required to serve a trial period if selected for a first-time appointment to the Federal government, transferring from another Federal agency, or serving as a first-time supervisor. Failure to successfully complete the trial period may result in termination of employment.
  • If appointed to a temporary position, management may have the discretion of converting the position to permanent depending upon funding and staffing allocation.
  • Relocation expenses may be provided, but only if authorized by the Director of the AO.


  • Qualifications

    Applicants must have demonstrated experience as listed below. This requirement is according to the AO Classification, Compensation, and Recruitment Systems which include interpretive guidance and reference to the OPM Operating Manual for Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions.

    Specialized Experience : Applicants must have at least one full year (52 weeks) of specialized experience which is in or directly related to the line of work of this position. Specialized experience is demonstrated experience expert managing SharePoint Online and project management principles
