Patient Experience Coordinator:
The Patient Experience Coordinator role at the Aquilino Cancer Center is responsible for improving and sustaining the quality of key touch points of the patient's care journey. The role provides key support to the delivery and sustainment patient experience solutions, works with cross-functional teams to coordinate smooth transitions, and furthers the Adventist Healthcare mission of extending God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual well-being.

Qualified candidates will possess:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field required. Will consider an applicant with an anticipated graduation date
• Knowledge of customer experience practices and healthcare services
• 1-3 years experience with demonstrated ability to manage patient/customer experience
• Ability to present and explain complex materials in a professional manner
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office Professional Suite
• Experience in project management, process improvement, and project implementation

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
