Patient Experience Coordinator:
Supervises all aspects of food production including menu planning, food preparation and quality to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Responsible for maintaining HACCP standards for pre and post production under the direction of the Food Production Manager. Orients and trains employees, performs day-to-day assignments, conducts meal rounds and test tray audits, and assists with scheduling among other duties.

Qualified candidates will possess:
• Strong customer service skills
• Able to handle a multi-task environment
• Must be able to speak and read English
• High School or GED
• 1-2 years hospital food service experience helpful
• Food Handler's Certification helpful
