In addition to providing built-in demand for operators from BridgeStreet's 5000+ client portfolio and 50+ global sales team, BridgeStreet is globally recognized for unparalleled, award-winning, quality service, compliance and security bringing together a seamless, trusted, business travel technology solutionResponsibilitiesMake phone calls to generate leads for sales team.Build target lists by researching and contacting new prospects.Generate unique demand for the Sales Organization.Identify key buying influencers within accounts.Works closely with Global, Regional and Local Sales ManagersMaintain and update an accurate log of activity in the CRM.Work continually towards self-development, including ongoing and current knowledge of client service sales procedures and best practices.Meet daily, weekly and monthly KPIs.A clear understanding and advance knowledge/usage of prospecting tools like Linkedin Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, Inside View, Google Search, etc..Performs others duties upon request.Adhere to established company practices regarding productivity measurements and CRM data entry and integrity.Identify industry trends that impact growth and development of targeted verticals.Understand current policies, practices, trends, technology within BridgeStreet to support implementing solutions.Provide reporting, as required. Assist in measuring success that moves through the entire sales process, including consumption.Provides feedback to leadership on industry trends, competitor trends and overall observations that could impact the business. Participate in Global, Regional and Local sales meetings.Ability to establish an approach and plan to maximize time and productivity. Specific Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements1+ years in sales setting (Retail, Office, Hospitality)Bachelor's Degree, hospitality or sales experience preferredExcellent verbal and telephone communication skills.Comfort making 40+ dials per day.Great listener and note-taker.Proficient in sales automation and key prospecting tools.Customer focused approach.Overwhelming sense of urgency and high energy levels.Problem solving and multitasking capability.Self-starter and disciplined, able to work independently with minimal supervision.Ability to access, understand and accurately input information into CRM.Above average user in all Microsoft Office products.Compliance with company set Sales Engagement Goals.Compliance with company CRM expectations and documentation.Strong creativity/innovation skills.Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
