Overview Devis is currently seeking an experienced Tableau Data Analyst to provide support for an initiative within a Department of State (DoS) program in Rosslyn, VA! Specific responsibilities include but not limited to Provide highly technical expertise in developing reports in Tableau Conducting statistical and predictive analysis Developing SLA s supporting a global interagency business workflow process Analyze and model structured data using advanced statistical methods and implement algorithms and software needed to perform analyses Collaborate with multiple teams and clients to understand and recommend activities related to analytics Analyze and create data sets Develop ETL data flows between data sources as required to create data sets and perform analyses Integrate and prepare large, varied datasets for analysis. Identify and assess data attributes using statistical software packages to develop recommendations and analytical processes based on mission requirements Research, develop, implements, and utilize statistical methods and strategies to address tactical and strategic problem sets, while working with a technical team Interpret and analyze data collected from a variety of sources using exploratory and statistical techniques, validating findings using an experimental and iterative approach Required Skills and Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on experience in similar work Proficient experience with Tableau Experience with relational databases in general and MS SQL Server 20082016 in particular Experience analyzing data and developing reports in federated environments SVN, Github, Jira, Confluence (desired) Education Certifications Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Security or other relevant domain, or equivalent combination of education and experience Clearance Requirements Must be a US Citizen with an active Secret clearance Additional PerksBenefits Competitive salary compensation Commuter benefits that include free on-site parking or SmartTrip reimbursement SEP Retirement Savings Plan Flexible, results oriented work environment Performance bonuses
