The Health and Nutrition Coordinator:
1.Ensures that all enrolled children are up-to-date on a schedule of age appropriate preventive and primary health care, in accordance with the Maryland EPSDT schedule.
2.Responsible for monitoring compliance for all policies and procedures.
3.Maintains detailed, accurate, up-to-date and confidential records in ChildPlus
4.Monitors the implementation of appropriate CACFP food services.
5.Participates in and contributes to all policy council and SAC meetings.

Qualified candidates will possess:
Minimum of a bachelors degree in health, nutrition, child health or related field
Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist, Registered Nurse or a combination of both preferred
Active BLS CPR card
1-2 years experience working in the healthcare/nutritional field
