Specialized Experience:

To qualify, applicants must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade (GS -12) in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. Specialized experience is defined as work that involves (1) Drafting interior office space plans using AutoCAD; (2) Preparing scopes and cost estimates for interior office design procurement packages; (3) Preparing scopes and cost estimates for construction procurement packages; (4) Providing project management for design projects; (5) Providing project management for construction projects.
Education

Responsibilities
- Provide interior office space plans based on customer requirements, using the AutoCAD application
- Prepare cost estimates to be utilized for inclusion in interior office design, construction, and furniture procurement packages
- Provide project management of all aspects of interior office such as; design, construction and furniture projects
- Complete space survey reports detailing occupancy rates, average square footages and recommendations for use of space
- Prepare all Minor Construction Program correspondence such as; reports, oral presentations, written presentations, and funding requests
- Prepare budget submissions for the Minor Construction program
- Collaborate to meet customer requirements while meeting organizational objectives
