KEY ATTRIBUTES:An expert at residential construction with a minimum of 10 years' experience in the field Production Crew Leader responsible for supervision and training of WINN field employees Communicate with the client to ensure high level of customer satisfaction Manage vendor/subcontractor relationships and oversee performance Ultimate accountability for jobsite safety, cleanliness, security, and protection from damage during construction by supervising on site Lead Carpenters.
