Our project managers are frequently entrusted to take on the role of owner or investor representative. So, we look for teammates that are trustworthy and reliable leaders who thrive on overcoming challenges, coordinate complex details, communicate well, and achieve the goals of each assignment while juggling multiple projects in various phases. You'll work with lots of different people and be involved throughout the entire life-cycle of facilities beginning with acquiring a building/site, developing a strategy, engaging a vendor team, overseeing design and engineering, administering construction, and transitioning a project to occupancy, as well as trouble-shooting a spectrum of existing building issues. You'll be exposed to many different types of real estate products to include multifamily, hotels, commercial, retail, industrial, warehouse, self-storage, manufactured housing and more. Qualified candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in construction, architecture, building engineering or real estate development, continue to pursue advanced training and certifications in project management, are proficient using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Project software, hold a valid driver's license and own a reliable vehicle for regional transportation, and be able and willing to travel domestically and internationally when needed. This position will involve climbing ladders and steps and navigating sites that are under construction. Level of title and compensation will be determined based on qualifications and extent of relevant experience.
