ID Agent is looking for an energetic Superstar to support our Customer Success Managers. This position can be onsite in Bowie, MD or remote. As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be expected to learn about ID Agent and act as a champion for its customers. This individual will work with new customers to onboard and implement, train, and assist with sales/marketing activities, to ensure success with ID Agent platforms. As the liaison back to the ID Agent team, the CSA will communicate frequently asked questions, suggestions for product enhancements, and strategic input on sales enablement materials and activities. The successful individual will develop skills to become: The subject matter expert to the Managed IT Services Provider, on ID Agent products and how they can lead to business success; The guru of MSP satisfaction , retention, technical support and timely responses to requests while determining corrective action independently; An extension of the MSP's team , building a relationship, understanding challenges and helping to solve them creatively, recommending additional products and services where needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Support new client deployments and onboard customer teams, enabling them to gain immediate and ongoing value from ID Agent products; Responsible for keeping partner data, contracts and metrics updated in ID Agent systems; Work in conjunction with and report to a Customer Success Manager on assigned territory; Collaborate and share customer feedback with internal Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional colleagues to enhance ongoing product development efforts; Work as part of a growing, dynamic team to create a culture that supports strategies for scale and growth; Deliver exceptional client service support. Gain deep understanding of client business strategy; and market trends, and communicate in a responsive and effective manner Manage inquires and enable and ensure access to all ID Agent platforms; Responsible for project management, functionality enhancements and troubleshoot issues; Work with cross-functional teams to ensure platform is current at all times; Train internal and external teams, as needed; Self-starter, excellent problem solver via collaboration and running sessions to come up with new, innovative ideas; Strong interpersonal, collaboration and presentation skills, including presentation creation; Highly organized, detail and task oriented; Must be able to prioritize and multi-task with special attention to detail and follow-up; A high degree of honesty, integrity and sound judgment; Willingness to listen, learn and incorporate others' ideas into all aspects of job; Thrive in high growth environments. Required Skills: Ability to work/adapt/thrive in a fast-paced changing startup environment; Self-motivated, fast learner and team player willing to help others; Demonstrate effective communication and organizational skills; Maintain good attendance; Work independently with focus and open management; Have prior experience with CRMs: Hubspot/Salesforce are preferable; Prior working knowledge of SaaS technology a plus; Experience in IT Channel a plus.
