Client Relationship Specialist - Owings Mills, MarylandWe are seeking an energetic individual to join our growing business development team! Ideal candidates will be results-driven and understand the consultative, relationship-based sales approach. You must be equally effective at generating appointments with prospective clients, qualifying new sales leads, as well as nurturing relationships with existing clients.As the Client Relationship Specialist, you will help grow our organization by prospecting target accounts, identifying key stakeholders across the account, securing and conducting the initial prospect meeting and crafting thoughtful phone and email follow up. You know how to connect with people and ask questions that uncover pain points and opportunities. This person is genuinely curious about the prospect's business and is a self-starter! Duties and Responsibilities: Generate new business opportunities via cold calling, responding to inbound leads, attending industry events and creating/building alternative lead sources (phone/email/online)Prospects for potential new clients within our target market;Cold Calls on, and markets to, prospective clients.Follows up and qualifies sales leads and identify client needs.Makes professional presentations on products and programs.Develops and maintains relationships with key customer personnel.Manage a sales pipeline of opportunities with from forecast to deal close.Work collaboratively with other departments to support overall growth of the organization.Develop long term valued relationships with team members and clients.Identify industry trends and continually develop knowledge of the automotive dealership industry. Desired Experience and Qualifications: 1-2 years of sales or business development experience.Willingness to make cold calls on prospective clients, individually or with team members.Excellent customer interface skills - ability to deliver presentations and drive meetings.Proven success dealing with various levels of clientele, especially Manager and Director level.Significant degree of self-motivation, direction and integrity.Experience working closely with senior-level management.Ability to travel 80% to prospect sites in MD/VA/DE area.HubSpot or Salesforce experience is a plus.Education: BA/BS preferredCompensationPinnacle Automotive offers a comprehensive benefits package to not only take care of you but your family as well.
