The Oxford Club, an Agora company, is seeking a Director of Marketing to drive the planning, development and execution of their advertising initiatives. This includes directing a staff of seasoned marketers with the primary goal to acquire new customers into their Sales funnels. They have a multi-million dollar advertising budget, and are looking for a results-oriented self-starter to join the team. Responsibilities Direct and support a staff of marketing professionals. Provide sound guidance to the team, encouraging them through performance management and consistent feedback. Actively search for and test out new marketing opportunities and ad networks with traditional and new ad formats. Identify new opportunities and solutions to increase conversions and average cart value through innovation, advancement and thought leadership. Measure, analyze and optimize marketing campaigns and prepare recommendations to continuously improve the customer experience and drive sales. Primary responsibility for planning and control of acquisition budget Demonstrate advanced understanding of testing methodology specifically a/b testing, landing page optimization, upsell/cross sell/down sell paths, pricing, etc. Collaborate closely with stakeholders including publishers, copywriters, sales, editorial, creative and web teams to deploy marketing efforts. Qualifications 3+ years' experience in direct response marketing 1+ years' experience managing employees Knowledge of the digital marketing industry, trends and new developments is a plus Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
