Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: -Top Secret with CI Polygraph Required -Bachelor's degree in a stem related discipline and 5 years of experience -Perform system analysis, engineering, and integration services for Fleet Cyber Command. -Perform Analysis of current and emerging Operational and functional Requirements for the Navy Fleet, theater and Service and Joint levels. -Analysis of Cyberspace Operations Support System capabilities and deficiencies -Perform Military Utility Assessments (MUA's) & Operational Utility Assessments (OUA's) -Understanding of the vulnerabilities, risks, safeguards, performance indicators and countermeasures related to Fleet Cyber Command and 10th Fleet. Preferred Qualifications: Operational and technical support to Fleet Cyber Command by understanding and analyzing national security policy, and military strategy. Support the production of and implementation of comprehensive , long term fully integrated DOD and Navy specific strategies. Provide technical recommendations that support the development of Memorandums of Understandings/Memorandums of Agreement (MOU/MOA) between fleet, national, and joint stakeholders.
