Prepare annual strategic marketing plans in alignment with Euler Hermes Group and in support of local and regional business goals; includes regional marketing budget management. Identify and implement new lead generation campaigns with a goal of filling the sales funnel with qualified new business opportunities via omni-channel marketing programs (digital, email, events). Build and manage go-to-market strategies to successfully launch new offerings to the market; contribute to development of new products and services to meet customer needs. Lead the identification, development and implementation of strategic and tactical programs to grow market share, foster brand and product awareness, and improve ROI. Responsible, in conjunction with Sales, for efficient CRM utilization, maintenance, user compliance, and adherence to data quality standards. Develop programs aimed at increasing customer retention and cross/up selling with existing EH customer base; inclusive of true customer centricity initiatives. Ongoing Market research, competitive analysis and benchmarking, and monitoring of customer and prospect trends. Deliver sales support tools and resources to improve productivity for all EH distribution channels. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related business field 15+ years of marketing experience International marketing experience, a plus Problem solve and think strategically Steer business decisions based on data Transform large amounts of market data into concrete insights Strong results-orientation and analytical skills. Expert project management and presentation skills Ability to interact with all levels of the organization Build and motivate teams; and attract, train and retain high potential employees Ensure profitable and sustainable growth in a fast-paced and changing business environment Cross-functional marketing experience including digital marketing, email/Marketo, direct marketing, lead generation and product marketing B2B service marketing experience Demonstrable results-orientation and focus on ROI Leadership of multi-functional marketing teams
