Hexagon US Federal is searching for a Director of Operations (DOO) to oversee the Project Manager Office Division. This position will be located in Chantilly, VA and will report to the Chief Operating Officer. The DOO will participate with other executive level managers in developing the organization's long-range proposal, capture, and recruiting goals and defining the objectives necessary to achieve the goals. Subject to approval by top management, the DOO will determine their organization's operating structure and operational goals and objectives. Other responsibilities may include: Managing and directing the activities of two or more mid-level employees each having responsibilities for department goals. May be the head of an administrative function without subordinate managers. Developing and ensuring budgets and schedules meet objectives and requirements. Regularly interacts with other executive level managers and serves as a Company representative. Will perform other reasonable and related duties. Job Requirements EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE Required: Bachelor's degree and 15 years of experience with a combination of administrative management, contracts, proposals, capture, recruiting, DOD & IC.
