Responsibilities of this role will include: + Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements, including, but not limited to, purchase agreements, term sheets, license agreements, venture agreements, technology and IT agreements + Assisting with various commercial legal matters, including advising and negotiating corporate transactional matters, overseeing and executing M&A and investments, and intellectual property matters + Reviewing regulatory requirements for the business as necessary + Collaborating with subsidiary executives and counsel, outside counsel, and internal management + Conducting legal research as necessary Requirements: + 6+ years corporate and transactional law experience at a leading law firm.
