The VP will lead all elements of the account including developing, communicating, and driving the strategic direction, developing customer intimacy, and maintaining successful program delivery while driving profitable growth. Duties include, but are not limited to: * Meeting cost, schedule and performance objectives to drive top-line and bottom-line growth * Developing and executing annual financial plans (P&L) * Maintaining prescribed financial controls and assuring the integrity of financial matters * Maintain excellent performance and quality delivery across all existing contracts * Managing and nurturing top-level client and potential client relationships and conducting program-level client assessments * Developing and leading organization and account strategy development and execution * Identifying new thrusts and markets; planning, executing, and supervising business development strategies and directing multiple simultaneous capture efforts * Leading subordinate managers in efforts where the scope and complexity of responsibilities require the integration of multiple disciplines and functions * Coordinating efforts with supporting organizations including contracts, procurement, project control, finance, accounting, and facilities * Regular interaction with all levels of management. Interactions may involve controversial situations, customer negotiations, or influencing and persuading other senior level managers * Creating and maintaining a collaborative environment conducive to the professional growth and development of staff and the free flow of information throughout the entire organization. Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Demonstrated success leading, managing, and overseeing an annual portfolio of at least $50M supporting the US Federal Government * Demonstrated success growing business in the US Federal Civilian sector * Demonstrated success developing and implementing organizational, account, and deal strategies * Significant and relevant customer relationships in multiple accounts * Technical domain experience in areas such as: specialty engineering, IT operations, data analytics, cyber operations, and/or mission software development * Strong executive-level working knowledge of Federal contracting practices DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Demonstrated success supporting the US Department of Homeland Security * Demonstrated success serving as a Program Manager of a mid-to-major program * Demonstrated success in a Capture Management role * Working knowledge of functional topics including contracts, procurement, finance, human resources, etc * Experience developing and executing mergers and acquisitions including subsequent integration activities Education: * Bachelor's degree in a related discipline required. * Advanced relevant degree desired. Clearance: * Ability to obtain a Secret clearance. * Current Secret desired.
