Your responsibilities - Manage and place incoming telephone calls - Field and send written business correspondence - Contribute accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion - Be a part of business development by by actively cross-selling and referring customers- achievement oriented, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism - Customer service and office administrative skills - Foundational knowledge in typing over 60 words per minute - Microsoft Excel experience - Knowledge of records maintenance - Experience with copying - navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience - Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, eg ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly - 2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven customer-focused environment preferred - Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information - Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers - Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills - No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries - Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity If you are a service 'champion' who looks to improve and deliver personalized service based on individual customer needs, we want to hear from you.
