The selected Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for all aspects of Human Resources including creating and implementing policies and procedures, employee development, compliance, and employee relations. Additionally, the Human Resources Generalist will work collaboratively with executive level leadership and field employees. The Human Resources professional will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills. -Work with Management Leadership to develop and implement training and development strategy -Meets with organizational leaders to assess, evaluate and understand training and development needs of the team -Track organizational wide training initiatives and hold team accountable for utilization -Contributes to the development of the HR strategy and plays a key role in implementation and delivery through effective partnerships with other HR areas -Supports field leadership in the development and implementation of strategies that enable the organization to thrive through periods of changeCandidates for the Human Resources Generalist position should meet some or all of the following requirements: -Bachelor's degree in related field.
