Product Development Strategist

We are seeking a Product Development Strategist to join the Innovation Center core team. This person will strategically execute against the Innovation Center incubation service offering which is anchored in solving client problems with exponential tech, leading the firm's product focus, and instantiating the firm's product incubation approach. This role is responsible for influencing the planning, execution, gathering, and prioritizing of products across market areas including leveraging client needs, defining product visions, and working closely with engineering sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue model and customer satisfaction goals are set. They'll be building, measuring, and testing product development methodologies and measures at scale. The candidate should have strong understanding of and an interest and passion for industry disruption trends, software development lifecycle, and emerging social impact challenges.

Basic Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience with product development, systems delivery, product design, or entrepreneurship
  • Experience with developing and shipping products in digital, cyber, or engineering spaces
  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to gather and analyze key information, and objectively craft and support recommendations
  • Communication skills with ability to effectively negotiate, communicate risk, and articulate intent
  • Ability to build and maintain professional partnership relationships through pointed communication, follow through and mutual collaborations
  • BA or BS Degree
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance

Additional Qualifications:
  • Masters Degree
  • Secret Clearance
