    You may start at a GS-14 with an annual salary of $117,191.00, if you meet the following minimum qualification requirements.

    ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT(S):

    Time-In-Grade Requirement:  In order to be eligible for this position, all current Federal employees must provide proof of meeting the time-in-grade requirement (i.e., at least 52 weeks of experience at the next lower grade level in the Federal service).  This information must be in both your resume and on an SF-50.  Those who do not provide proof of having met the time-in-grade requirement will be deemed ineligible for this position.

    SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:  Specialized experience is defined as at least one year of experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the private sector undertaking a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods for assessment of business user needs, business case development, investment lifecycle and budgetary process. Examples of this experience include but not limited to: developing and recommending policies, standards and procedures; performing analysis assessment and coordinating with National Institute & Standards (NIST), Federal Information Systems Management Act and the Agency Enterprise Cybersecurity Program.

    Any of the following certificates are desired, but not required:

    Certified Business Analysis Professional

    Certification from PMI

    Master’s Certificate in Project Management
