To qualify for this position you must possess at least 1 year general experience or have two years of education beyond the high school level that has been completed in an accredited business, secretarial, technical school, junior college, college university or have a combination of qualifying experience and education.

    Examples of general experience include:

    Progressively responsible clerical, office, or other work that indicates ability to acquire the particular knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of a Store Associate.

    A combination of experience and education equaling 100% of the qualifications.

    Volunteer Experience: Your experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through a National Service program (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, and social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

    One full year of education beyond the high school level that was completed in an accredited business, secretarial, technical school, junior college, college or university OR a qualifying combination of experience and education.
